1. Missed Appointment Policy (Medical or Dental Practice)
1.1. Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments (PNS- Patients-no-show Policy)
1.2. Appointment Cancellation
1.2.1. When you book your appointment, you are holding space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please notify us on the app or mail us at Wecare@a4clinics.com as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
1.2.2. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least three (3) hrs (hours) in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
1.3. How to Cancel Your Appointment
1.3.1. If you need to cancel your appointment, please use the cancellation option provided in the app or mail us at Wecare@a4Clinics.com . We will confirm your cancellation as soon as possible (Cancellation charges applied)
1.4. Late Cancellations/No-Shows
1.4.1. A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is canceled less than ten (10) mins (minutes) before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without canceling. In either case, we will charge the patient a certain amount decided by the A4 TeleClinics team.
For new patients’ first appointments, a no-show or late cancellation will result in a full charge of the new patient fee.
2. Cancellation Policy (Beauty Salons, Other Services)
2.1. Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least three (3) hrs (hours) prior notice.
Our Policy:
2.1.1. Any cancellation or reschedule made will result in a cancellation fee (Minimum 100Rs).
2.1.2. If you are more than thirty (30) mins (Minutes) late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you.
2.1.3. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
2.1.4. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services or will be refunded.
3. Short Cancellation Policy (Law Office, Medical or Dental Practice)
Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request three (3) hours’ notice. Missed appointments, or appointments canceled without a three (3) hours notice, will incur a fee decided according to the circumstances.
4. Short Cancellation Policy
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least one (1) hour thirty (30) minutes notice if you need to cancel an appointment.
● The first time a client misses an appointment, we will make a note in your file.
● Future missed appointments might result in a suspension of the User’s account.
5. Cancellation Policy (Events and Classes)
Our platform holds limited appointments, and many of our appointments sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least three (3) before your scheduled appointment. This will allow us to offer your spot to another user. You may use the cancellation option provided in the app or write to us at Wecare@a4clinics.com for cancellation of your appointment.
Please note, we do not offer refunds to cancellations made after the appointment has been missed.
6. Short Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made one (1) day or more in advance of the appointment date will receive a 90% refund.
